The Talon

Camila Giraldez
Camila is now a junior (which scares her a lot more than it should), and this is her second year writing for The Talon! She has moved on from her position last year as a Features writer to being a POV writer, and although she had some great memories in Features, she’s excited to have the opportunity to write more creatively and express her opinion a lot more. Some topics she plans on writing about are golden retrievers, old movies, Shakira, and Stranger Things. Just kidding. Camila joined The Talon to write about topics that could impact other people’s lives, such as things she’s learned during her travels around the world, feminism, and the cultures of her home countries: Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. She’s excited to write for The Talon again and get her articles out there!
