The Talon

Alejandro Garcias
This is Alejandro’s third year writing for The Talon. He started the second semester of 9th grade – his first at Graded – in the News section and was later a POV writer all through last year. He chose POV because it gave him the opportunity to call attention to current events and issues that matter to him, which is part of the reason he loves journalism. Now a junior, Ale is back to writing for the News section and is excited to apply the expertise he has acquired over the last two years to his Talon articles. In addition to journalism, Ale's interests include history, creative writing, and astronomy. He also enjoys softball, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
