In her second year of The Talon, Saniya, a senior, is thrilled to serve as the News Editor. Having been a Features writer previously, she is accustomed to writing about a wide range of topics. Some of her favorite hobbies (apart from writing) include playing the piano, watching TV, consuming extreme amounts of green tea and french fries, and sleeping. She is an innate cat lover, and considers herself to be a massive night owl. Passionate about both science fiction and global issues, she enjoys engaging in profound, contemplative, and revolutionary discussions.
